Shipping Policy

Mats are in-stock and shipped in order received. There may be times when an order is placed, and the item is out of stock.  If this occurs, you will be contacted and can choose to cancel your order for a full refund, substitute for a different design, or remain on backorder until the item is restocked.

We ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Once your order is made, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for domestic delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your order details and tracking information.


We use FedEx to ship domestically at a flat rate of $15.00. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. When shipping to Canada we use DHL or FedEx. Extra charges may apply. If you live outside the US or Canada, please contact mats@studio67mats.com for assistance.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color-way or size, return your unwanted item(s), postage paid, for a refund and place a new order.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before the items have shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it is outside the cancellation window, and your order will be subject to our Returns Policy.


Studio 67 offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the product within 30 days, postage paid, and Studio 67 will refund your purchase price.

Our products are backed by a 5-year warranty for defects in workmanship.
